necessary amenities complimentary water mirror writing
the superior king room had all necessary amenities. complimentary water and fruit were available in the reception area. staff provided rose petals and writing on the mirror, made the room special.
the minibar system wasn't ideal, so i needed to check my bill carefully.

mixed feelings about this place, frankly
empty minibar faulty remote
I found a couple of things a bit off . our "beautiful king room st pauls cathedral view" had a view alright, mostly of scaffolding, it seemed, plus, the minibar was emptier than my promises, and don't even get me started on trying to get anyone to fill it up. It reminded me of pulling teeth. also, the tv remote seemed to have a mind of its own, frequently deciding not to work. it was a constant battle of wills.

friendly staff beautiful room upgraded lounge relaxing atmosphere
i found the staff very friendly . the two gentlemen at the front, who helped with ubers, were especially kind. the room was beautiful and well-appointed. i especially enjoyed the upgraded lounge area for coffee, drinks, and snacks.
i noticed that some areas in the hotel appear to have some damage. i saw this on doors.

generous size peaceful night
the room impressed me with its generous size and modern design. blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's rest. I particularly appreciated the dedicated workspace, a welcome addition for catching up on emails.
the elevator wait times proved frustrating during peak hours. I recommend the hotel addresses this .

the room was spacious and well designed. the executive lounge access provided drinks and snacks throughout the day a nice perk. the breakfast buffet had many fresh and tasty options i especially enjoyed the pastries.
